To respective penang state Gov/council , Pls help Paya terubong residences for daily 24 hrs facing toxic rubber smell problem and soon will cause health problem . What is state Gov Aims and what is penang people Aims ? State Gov Aims willing to solve penang people problem then penang people willing support back state Gov . So right now what is the situation penang state Gov able to take a good action on this case to advice Lee rubber factory to relocation !!! History that Lee rubber factory not agree to relocation because lee rubber factory is initially allocated at paya terubong , yes this reason is good . But if there is some complains on this lee rubber factory produce the toxic rubber smell and disturbance to surrounding residence , so is its Penang state Gov/council must to action . For example : a coffee house ;Disco ;shop house to disturbance surrounding resisdence , then penang state council will come over for an action . But why until now had so many complains to this toxic rubber smell and penang state council not able to done something action ? WHy Why Why . Is its Lee rubber factory only contribution more to penang so penang state council no way to action . But for Coffee house ;Disco ;shop house contribution less then penang council fast action ??? Anyway , the law in no right to call Lee rubber to re-locate , but penang state Gov or Penang state coucil must specified which location is suitable for develope Shop , house , apartment , supermarket , factory ,market & so on ...... Also can visit to singapore, hong kong developement country to benchmark . Another example like i open a factory at pulau tikus or beside komtar and would penang state Gov/Council approve ??? don't thing so ??? I also hopefully penang state Gov/council able to make some action to standard or basic . Some good example PC Game Call Sim City , this game is to built your perfect city and its cater on enviroment,electricity,water and so on , the factory area must produce more waste ;noise and smell to surrounding area (also shown the enviroment & so on chart ) , so to solve this problem must plant more tree, set water purity , avoid to built house ,school near by . So Sim city is also a knowledge of learn how to manage a good city by respective Leadership . Now still not late to change , pls help to work out advice Lee Rubber to re-location .
