I was sitting there for

I was sitting there for almost 1 hour. The jam was crazy due to the triple parking in front of Chowresta Market. As most penangite know, the IPK is just opposite the market. Yet the police turn blind and did nothing at all to clear the traffic and summon the parking offenders..
Instead, they go set up speed trap somewhere where the traffic flow is good...

since the chowresta market

since the chowresta market is lack of parketing space, i suggest the state gov to plan up something for it. i am also used to visit this market as i found out that most the stalls are outside the building. and that place is potential for certain group of people. i believe the gov servant is not so busy to ignore that place. i believe there are developers and investors are interested.
