this is not new issue since 10s of yr. a "ROAD WIDENING PROJECT" needed badly here. if those old building still "STAND" there, the 'clamp'' action will worst the situation. just privatise this project, i believe lots of investors are willing to involve as pulau tikus is a potential commercial lot place. as i notice the behind of those old shop house is the wet market, the state gov can do some planing and solve the car park problem at the wet market as killing 2 birds with 1 stone. come on, the wet market design can comes to multi-storey building consist of retail outlet facing the pulau tikus, wet market still facing JLN PASAR, parking and maybe hawker store at higher floor of the building or at the open car park opposite the existing wet market building. the retail outlet which facing the main road and the multi-storey carpark can be rented out as these are the main income to subsidies the wet market and the mantainance of the building. the design of the building does not need "supernatural" just a hypermarket design will do as this will shorter the time to complete. am i rite?
lastly i feel that we don't just complaint, but throw in new ideas here as this is the gov we choose. am i rite?
