Missing Bricks after Cable laying on 5 foot way leading to E-Park.

Return the Bricks and re-layout the 5 footway. Length and breath of 5 footway is approximately 150meters x 1 1/2meters. Currently contractor has filled up the 5foot way with sand & stones as indicated in the photo. What has happened to the bricks?? Contractor has taken them away, this is amounting to stealing provided they replace back the same type of brick tiles used. Now the 5foot way looks ugly and unlevel and full of water puddles. A lot of people use this 5 foot way as USM students stay in these condominiums. What kind of picture are we protraying to foreigners. One moment beautiful 5 footway next.......is Penang govement that poor!!
