Raja Petra's release comes

Raja Petra's release comes as a surprise. Considering the fact that "appointed" Judges are compliant to the government, why should the Judge rule against its master? And since ISA is detention without trial, the government is not bound to any court ruling. Yet, it has complied with this one. Strange indeed.
