Hi Ong, i read the news

Hi Ong,
i read the news from Malaysiakini regarding now penangwatch
are launching an event which demand that state government should
publish a newspaper which dependent from government.

I am interesting on it.
just need your info that what can i do.

首先向你们致敬，这个意见令人激赏及充满期盼！

 

以下是一点随性建议：

－以4个语文（华，巫，淡，英）出版这份报章，应付5州不同语文市场。

－内容必须一致，避免各说各话。读者也无须花钱买几份

－报章可以商业性质

－编辑部不一定采用政党人士，做到真正独立，该赞就赞，该贬就贬

－可设定民联各政党特别专栏

－一个课题，两种声音；针对某课题邀请民联及国阵代表发表意见

－或者这是个撮合东方与光华合并良机，让这份新（中文版）报章应付5州市场

－新报章也可以（不小心）流入其他州属，比如邮购

 

暂时只想到这些，有建议再在电邮，

Your idea of publishing independent daily by all the local
government of the five states ruled by Pakatan Rakyat is simply
fantastic! Besides, you are absolutely right that the said press must
be run by independent professionals and free from influence by any
party. It will sell like hot cakes. Great idea!

What an excellent Idea. But

What an excellent Idea.

But please set up an internet website too so that we living overseas dont have to check all the bullshits in Star and NST.

Better
still talk with MalaysiaKini to use their reporter and network to
report the news on the 5 states and beyond, with subscribers accessing
to the political and social analysis penned by MKini
staffers.....Rakyat can have free access on the government and local
news with minor analysis.

我支持“槟城监督”报纸，最好内容还包括人民的意见，投诉，投稿

，意见投票，支持度。如果可以的话我们以四大语文出版。给人民对新政府更加有信心，而且新政府可以更加了解
人民需要什么东西。

Hi,

I am not a professional, I can't give any professional opinion here.
What I hope is that they can publish a paper that include 3 main
languages (may include english to make it 4), the reason being is that
everyone can read and understand. PR promised they will treat
everybody equally, this should be the move.

Of course, Paper's Professional does matters.

我不是什麽專業人士，我給不到任何專業意見。我希望的是人民聯盟

可以出版一個以三大語言爲主的報紙，或許能加入英語。原因是讓每一位民衆都能讀能了解，不是爲了單一民族。人民聯盟曾經承諾他們會公平對待每一族群，希望他們不會反悔。

當然報紙的專業程度是成敗的關鍵

今天听闻人民联盟（P

今天听闻人民联盟（Pakatan Rakyat，民联）的五个州政府要联合出版一份在他们执政的地方发行的报纸感到高兴，但这份报纸一定要有独立的编辑部。

 

个人认为，出版所谓的官方喉舌报可能造成与国阵之间的互相评击，民联州政府不如在五州发行每月政绩报告书，而这份政绩报告书更能为“人民联盟”（Pakatan Rakyat，民联）增加透明度及证明将来执政的条件优势。人民联盟在这次的大选打了一场漂亮的胜仗，也许下了许多为国为民的承诺，但是，小市民是很难知道到底政府为他们做了什么，有什么贡献，所以有必要然人民知道，他们的血汗钱到底用在哪里，花在哪里。所以，如果政绩报告书能够实行的话，让我们小市民们也能够知道政府计划，了解政府的执政方针及所带来的利益。

 

政绩报告书五大理由

 

 

一、这么做能充分表现政府的施政方针及国阵政府之间的成效及对马来西亚的贡献。

 

二、平衡报道和评论的政绩报告，其公信力更高，因此将能更有效的反击国阵控制的主流报章。证明比政党机关报更受欢迎及可信。

 

三、五州每月政绩报告书可节省生产成本、与其出版所谓的官方喉舌报。

 

四、每月政绩报告将可作为一个开放平台，帮助五个州政府精简政策，进而为民联州政府建立形象。而不是“喉舌报”。


五、这份每月政绩报告书也是一份确切的成绩单，让人民也能很容易了解政府作了什么成绩。

 

如无政绩报告那就把它制定为季度报告书。如政绩报告太好“好消息太多”也可把上述建议改为每周政绩报告书。
