Confirmed: PGCC will be 1 of the 2 items on agenda. Time of meeting need confirmation -but they normally start early and end at noon. Since local govt concerns everyone youcan interests/invte yourself to the meeting -which are held a few times a year at the pleasure of Exco in charge Teng Hock Nan. Plenty of talks and food.
