The resident of No.2, Changkat Delima Satu has converted the adjacent lane into a make-shift nasi kandar shop, they commence business everyday at 4pm, and shuts down at 4 am. They blare music at a high volume till early into the mornings to attract customers, they also discard food debris into a drains, which has become clogged, as can be seen in the photo. Patrons of this "shop" tend to park haphazardly around the area, causing inconvenience to the residents of the area. The "shop" has been recently warned by the health ministry as mosquito larvae was found in stagnant water collected around the area.

There has been a massive influx of rats, stray animals (dogs & cats), cockroaches and crows to the area due to improper waste (food debris) disposal. The noise level has been terrible, residents have called "Rakan Cop" a few times to get them to lower the volume, and control rowdy patrons.
