RapidKL users are enjoying

RapidKL users are enjoying RM2.00 1-day unlimited rides ticket. Why are RapidPenang users not getting similar deal? Yesterday, I waited for 2 hours in Komtar for the No. 103 bus to Jln Kelawei (from approximately 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm).

Good point -the good things

Good point -the good things about RapidKL(eg season tickets, info counter etc)are often denied to Penangites-but the bad ones(drivers' unfriendliness, not following timetables etc) are amplified. The Bus Users Group will soon release their monitoring report on RapidPg, despite other groups closing their eyes on this non-performer.
